- Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🌍 Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or courier delays.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
- Express delivery charges vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also track your order by logging into your Clazzy Mart account.
❌ Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will retry up to 2 times.
- After repeated failures, the order will be returned to us and a refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued.
